voted against Just finished reading the material on this proposed meger & voted against the deal...Maybe it should be reworked to exclude Charger (& their management)...The problem here is AVF's only real asset was given away by current AVF management , so there isn't much hope left , but I feel the current management of CHX would destroy AVF's remaining value at a quicker pace ...What made AVF's management team so desparate as to sell Elbow River & it's growing cash flow for only $80million in the first place is beyond me..Can't see any AVF or PCE shareholders agreeing to this deal..
