This   is   why   they  sold  Elbow   River   to  get  the  cash  to  pay  this  25.2   million  .  Can  you  imagine   them   going  to  the  bank   to    borrow   25.2  million   to  flush  down  the  toilet  ?  I  don't  think  so  .  Only  the  foolhardy  will  vote  for  this.
