decoupling

since the announcement there was a brief trading window for significant arbitrage between the three companies.  This window closed within 2 trading days of the announcement and has remained shut until yesterday.  The sell off in Charger (>10%) yesterday to pre-merger levels suggests that this deal needs to be rewritten to have any chance.

How is Joe's hat going to be eaten?  Slow roast, deep fried or BBQ?
