RE: I voted No!!! i said it then, and i said it NOW, it was a BAD DEAL and this sorry excuse for management/BOD should now RESIGN. the most insulting part of this was to hear the comments coming out of the future CEO RE: the $5 mill+ succession payout etc etc in reaction to NOVA BANCORP's multiple concerns about this deal. see below:
"We’ve been out on the road and I’ve met with about 50 institutions over the last two weeks and we’ve done a number of retail presentations and I’ve taken a lot of calls and, by and large, the people we’ve talked to have been supportive of the transaction ....
“In our view, we’ve done all of our homework.”
