we sold elbow river and have cash and credit. we have what pce and chx need to grow.
the market wont price in severance payments. or wasting money on donuts and meetings.
for avf right now we need production and have cash credit to trade.
we gave pce a premium 30% they need capital to grow.
chx is priced accordingly for standalone.
for the dividend, take the .03. as spyglass pce , avf , chx will be doing great much like we would have if nova didnt start all this. they shouldnt have put out press releases and plummeted stocks.
