good point kingscourt.

avf told us they were looking to merge or sell last year and they all decided this was the best deal.

they are all priced in correctly and are willing to deal and will bring a big sigh of relief for all 3 compaines.

novacorp is holding this up due to the fact they were looking for a bigger bang then $3.40 and now brainwashing the little guy saying its not a good deal with details not once did they say hey we are at $3.40 per share right now. novacorp is willing to wait around for a bigger buyout which we all know is not coming.

pce shareholders need to consider novacorp ,cpp, funds have different stategies and have very little of their portfolio at risk meaning they are willing to wait. and time is money. 30% gain is no joke.

start recouping now. at 2.60 per share for all or wait. for pce waiting for a little bit better deal could be disastous. novacorp does not run pce so they can do what they want if the deal fails.
