tactics ? I can't remember if it was Penny D or King C...who warned us that these exec's may use all means to push this deal. IS it possible that Pace exec's told their accountants to write off as much as possible in Q4. in order to have a hugh LOSS ( even though NG prices have improved) in order to change some Pace votes to YES ?
No... it can't be... that wouldn't be ethically right !
