RE: RE: Looking Good = actually QUITE DEAD..

i can see why chx got a better premium as the future of spy is light oil production. chx has the best lands for spy going forward as seen in slide 13 our focus is provost. the second key is avf which makes the merger possible with cash and capital for a 90million capx program.

pce brings in production to start . but some of their assets are not the focus of spy. which i think is one of the complaints by nova and shareholders on direction and management currently.

pce has southern alberta which will be the second priority for lands.

dixionville and gas are not the focus but we will keep them for cash flow. pce thinking that we can give them a premium on their dixonville and gas is not fair. those assets are not the focus going forward.

i think by nova stating that a breakup plan is best is beacuse they want to max value out of both assets but again i think it is very risky getting anyone to give them max value on dixionville and gas as i think pce has already tried before.

they got a premium on the southern alberta assets but not dixionville. but for them currently going forward is the best solution as they will have to shed dixionville very soon and keep southern alberta which they wont get any premium and stay at 2.70 unless they sell for cheap and drop to 2.50.
