With the financial position that we are in, time is on our side. Don't anyone forget the fact that we are the one's with the money. The only merger that I see is a possible merger with just Avenex and Pace, with the Pace management running the show. A 1 to 1 avf/pce share ratio would be acceptable to me as an Avenex shareholder...
