I am ok with the numbers only 2 months built in of White Plains acquisition and the payout for the Q was 61% and then they made this statement..."The Corporation paid an initial dividend of .045 on January 22, 2011 and monthly dividends of .045 are projected to be paid on the 15th of each month for 2011. The funds flow per share was .27 for the quarter and I think they can move it up to at least .30 per quarter. Paying 0.045 cents per month makes it a 50% payout going forward on Q4 funds flow.Plus, the CapEx is spent on increasing the oil portion, so I think they have legs to move forward with a potential dividend increase for next year.
