Competitors to Elbow River

Does anyone know of any competitors to Avenex's Elbow River Marketing division?   I want to find a company that focuses on rail transport of oil and gas that trades as a separate stock.    I am trying to see what kind of EBITDA multiple such companies are typically given by the market.

 

If anyone knows of recent transactions to buy such a company, what were they priced at?

Pembina Pipelines (PPL) acquired 900 rail cars in the Provident purchase completed in April '12. You can seem them on google earth at the Red River site. homer
