 I don't any of us want to see Avenex implode. My whole idea for buying Avenex in the first place was their asset ER and it's ability to make money. I would still like to make some money... Kherson

It's give and take. Every company brings something to the merger. I believe it will be a fine combination, with much more growth potential than AVF alone. AVF shareholders seem to be the losers since their share dropped the most after the announcement. But a takeover premium was included in the price.
