No proposed alternates ?

Now they know who voted against the arrangement. How many times can the meeting be postponed ?

Why are there no proposed alternates in the 'special arrangement prospectus' if the final result of the voting says it's a NO ?

They think a few might change their mind but they are going after the ones who did not bother to vote thinking the deal was done.
