Petroleum traffic by rail saw a 46% increase in 20

These mental giants at AVX sold our BIG money maker for peanuts...

They now want to get away from AVX just as soon as possible, as soon as possible that is with an obscene amount of severance pay for gutting the shareholders and selling them down the river...

I say they deserve nothing as obviously all of their attention was directed towards Hockey leagues instead of what they were being paid to do, meaning running AVX to the best ineterests of the shareholders...

Truly a management team that will live in infamy within the Oil and Gas industry...

So the management who appear to be gutting our treasury with their golden parachutes are going to be replaced by the Charger management who have successfully run their company so well that their stock price is approximately one tenth of what it was a year ago.  As a reasonably intelligent person I cannot understand why any posters on this board would be in favor of this merger, unless of ...more

Eagle, I think you need to your research on these other companies...When did Charger Energy come onto the market? When did current CHX management purchase the company? What was the stock price at that point? When you're reading the charts for Charger realize that prior to March this was Seaview energy and it was a floundering company. Tom and team purchased it and formed Charger with the ...more
