just giving my views is all. avf is the big loser if it fails. we should have had a bigger break fee as ER is gone.

Bigbank, I have to disagree. We are the one's with the money... Kherson

i totally agree. we lost the battle but not the war. i agree avf chx is probably getting the most calls during this month. and i agree that pce missed a big opportunity.

To be completely honest BigBank, we all lost any opportunity when our foolish management gave ER away. Kinda hard for anyone to trust them now. I am still sore over that... Kherson

i agree, with ER we were sitting at $3. im confused how we had no condition on the sale or why they didnt wait. or why the break fee to avf was not 15m for pce and chx to pay us if either one backed out. we took the risk. avf and chx are the key. im starting to think they made a mistake as chx ceo might have pushed us in the way of pce saying it was a sure thing and not to worry. then pce low risk ...more

i think other companies are going to see the potential of chx and will jump all over avf and chx this month as they see it as a great opptunity for growth in 2014 and they see we were willing to deal at discounts.

I have sold most of my stock at $5. and now hold only a small amount which I have written off- still hoping I can recover some of it. I would sooner lose it all than sell at this price.

i agree. with my remaining capital im willing to invest it avf chx but nothings a solid deal yet. i hope they can at least make that work and if they have to forgo the dividend the first year to wait until chx production can get up in 2014 then i think we can grow and start a divi from there.
Comment by bigbank91 on Mar 01, 2013 1:58pm
nova scared off the low - medium risk investors that just want the deal to be over with and go back to usual. pce ceo i think will have to resign as they mismanaged the whole thing and didnt talk about the 2013 to 2014 risk but it was a growth and divi opportunity and realistic spy price of 2.60 but growth in 2014 when production comes online. im hopeful another company will jump in as pce.

Why a second delay? These are public cos. and the merger was voted down by the shareholders..Why can't they understand that this deal is dead...Stop wasting money and adding to your already large debt position..The vote stated shareholders don't want any part of Charger or their management team...go away and merge with someone else..Maybe Avf can buy CHX assets when this deal fails ...more
Comment by bigbank91 on Mar 01, 2013 3:37pm
i agree that the deal is looking dead pce thinks there assets are worth more but will never be able to drill them. they will have to sell some of them cheap to get cash up or wait for a high roller to come buy them but big companies have to many assets as it is. cash is what they want. i disagree on chx. chx has good production and light oil . they ran out of capx as they burned through it getting ...more

I think what happend to pace was they ran out of capx a long time ago. as no dividend and no cash to drill. maybe they had another failed merger years ago ?. they got the assets but didnt grow the company and cant pay divi.

V.Pry!! I think a merger with these boys would work great!! After there failed merger, they want to be a dividend paying company.>
Comment by bigbank91 on Mar 01, 2013 11:43pm
