Panta = Bankruptcy...Historically

After reading today's "Management information circular" or "Management Proxy Circular" release on sedar, I am having thoughts that Panta wants to take Avcorp to Bankruptcy as they have done this previously with 2 other aerospace companies in the past.  One may ask why they would do this? Well, they make $$ that way too.

Hope I'm wrong.  I don't like how the CEO and directors do not have major shares of AVP.  The CEO also has been given $$ raises in significant value on a salary basis, which makes me think he is being paid this way to aid in PANTA's bankruptcy plans.

Check the AVCORP sedar and read the 21 page "Management information circular".  Let me know your thoughts!  Afterall, I'm only a long time shareholder holding 500k plus shares and sitting on nail bitten fingers these days...GULP

Panta currently owns 71% or 262million shares at an average purchase value of $18mil. Accumulating more share is pointless now as they are the majority shareholder already. Assuming they cannot find someone to ...more
