How does this price make sense?

Why is this stock trading at .68 cents when there is a bought deal for .62 that INCLUDES a 24 month warrant at 80 cents? This either one of the most incorrectly priced bought deal i have seen or there ...more

It appears selling was associated with the PP and not any core visuals, but this is massive stain on this company dumping shares while negotiating a PP.
