Fully agree, he and the other execs should be getting paid in low levels of stock at the moment. A compay called Roughrider Exploration Limited announced yesterday that Morabito has been appointed to their board of directors. So I really doubt that Alderon has his full attention at the moment. But I guess maybe that is a good thing...
