Fwiw - Altius has a presentation on their website about the possibilities of Kami ore in electric arc furnaces. Of course Altius still has a royalty on the deposit but if it ever gets developed I believe we are still in line for some sort of final payout.

Solid info, thanks. Yes i think we're entitled to royalties from production in the future so this is positivie stuff.

Quick question. I have shares in Alderon, purchased when the shares were IRON, then switched to AXXDF. Reading here that there's been some payout? Compensation? If this is correct, wondering how to submit my name fir my share? My brother also lost around $60k so this is extremely interesting to me. Thank you for any help/input. (I'm new to this forum)

If you have any questions they can best be answered by the Deloitte team. Go to the Deloitte insolvency page, current proceedings, and look up the Kami et al case. There you will find out who you can contact.
