All computer generated trading should be stopped as well, I mean the ones that walk away and let the computer play the game, they buy and sell to them selves if the stock stalls 100 shares at a time and drive the price down then they start selling when it goes up a couple of cents and again to them selves if it stalls and so on up down up down all for what at the end of the day they have basicly runed the stock price and all they made was maybe coffee money.It is real sad,watch CIBC do it to Mag Silver,it is brutal at times we just get going and they come in and hammer it with their 100 share trades,it has happened to Bar as well all done by some computer program so i hear.
