Tell montythemoron that the deal was being discussed well before meltdown and signed on Feb.14.
Did they know a meltdown was coming?

Ignore montythemoron cause the guy with all the ideas never had the foggiest idea about selling it long before it tanked, he's hurting with  his big losses.

They stepped up to the plate a few years ago and deserve the fruits of their labor. KL got a huge hit from DGC take out. So WM came in and scooped us up. Hopefully KL will stabilize and get their mojo back and that will be a huge help to WM share price. Hopefully most shl will at least get their money back. Hopefully DW will leave us with a gift and know WM has hit it out of the park with drill results.
It has been extremely boring last 4.5 years being negative. Each and every time Bar mgt proved me right. Even the loon Little Dyck Chaney bailed on them the last year or so as he was getting his head handed to him over at TV and Bar. Sorry I forgot he was getting in and out on the highs and lows. Unfortunatley he had them reversed. Getting in high and selling low. I have never made a 1/2 million in a day on paper and unfortunatly that doesn't have a huge up lifting feeling to it. 7 years of something I knew absolutely nothing about. I also realize I still know nothing.

lol this junk was always overvalued anyways. the "meltdown" you speak of only brought BAR down to a level close tho what its actual value was
