Q: When will the Arrangement become effective?
A: The Arrangement will become effective on the Effective Date which is expected to be on or about, May 22, 2020, if the Arrangement Resolution is passed and all conditions and approvals are met and received.
This will be the time whereby the arbitrage will become no longer applicable. All trading arbitrages between now and then are really not relevant. Not until the Wallbridge and Balmoral shareprice is established , at that time.
