Anything put out at 0.82c is automatically picked up by ITG.

It's interesting that the the algorithim always leave 500 shares in the bid. New bid for 2000 shares. Will the algorithim pick off 1500?

1500 is gone. 500 left. So who ever ITG (instituitional investor) is buying for they have determined 0.82c to be their buy in price and they don't want us to know who is doing the buying. Now we need to track the house buys too see how much they eventually accumulate.
