Already knew about sprott. The key is the #9%. From 3.5% to >9%. How and when?

I'd suppose he was the purchaser of the 8.9m shares in the most recent private placement? The math works. But I don't know exactly what a Quebec flow through share is, so I might be wrong, usually am.
