Disappointing weakness...
This weakness is disappointing, I feel it's unjustifiable. 2020, Uge added 88m$ usd in Net Present Value to be built as owners. On almost all of these additions the timeframe to completion was within 24 months. I think everyone should take comfort in how since 2010 420 MW has been developed and energized by UGE, which averages 42 Mw per year. Through this development the company has maintained a good reputation. The evidence is in the large amount of repeat customers and the continuance of contract wins. CEO recently said they are on track to double 2020's backlog. The only difference between the past and the future is new markets and now holding as assets through the same mechanism as previous buyers (project level debt).. The investor confidence drop apparent in the shareprice decline is unjust, UGE will deliver and get these projects built.. Also something that doesn't get discussed is the B.O.D. The board is stacked with very successful individuals. Kristaps Ronka built a billion dollar business in 4 years and invested significantly in UGE to gain a seat. I'm officially a bag holder however I will continue to buy the slide.

alleyesonme...I wont be be adding any more UGE. I am happy with my holdings at the current time as I do believe there will be a turnaround...just not sure when. All your points are good and outline the positive in the company...but some are selling for a reason...just not sure why. Perhaps the last earnings release continues to scare investors away?

Slightly lower recurring revenue projections as previously reported. Keep in mind they discount Backlog at a rate of 10%.... Also 3m of client funded backlog disappeared.. Looking for answers this Friday...not enough to sway my confidence.. This will be a dividend payer and I want a big piece ..long hauling on this one..

Alleyesonme, "Backlog" is actual firm binding contracts giving UGE the right to proceed and only UGE has the rights to terminate the agreement" I would appreciate if you can show me evidence to substantiate this statement. I would buy back tomorrow if that is 100% fact. not saying your making it up, I just haven't found anything to support that

This stock just cant catch a bid...there is always a long line of sellers waiting. Earnings tomorrow could prove interesting tomorrow...its anyones guess on how low it will go...or will it finally move upward for a change.
