alleyesonme..even though it is encouraging to see the inside buying...the dollar figures these insiders are buying are pathetic. If they all think it is so undervalued why not do a Normal Course Issuer Bid on the stock?

Condor....I'm sure they would do a normal course issuer bid, (share buy back) if they had the cashflow to do so. The 500k working capital is best spent on developing projects than buying back shares from a 16.m or so public float, even less if you subtract institutional investment. Secondly for Nick to purchase 10 000 shares at 1.28 is not a pathetic amount for someone who lives in New York ...more

Just saw that Nick purchased another 10k shares..so that's 20k shares in two days...about 26, 27 k worth of shares...very respectable..

The company needs the cash more than the shares and if they were to do it now it would only accelerate the time to the next capital raise. The share structure is already tight and the confidence issue lies more with the sector at this point. UGE getting ...more

Another 5k shares filed as purchased by CEO. This brings him to 25 000 in a few days. Will the insider buying continue today?.. Should be an interesting trading day for UGE.

They don't really have the free cash flow to take advantage of low stock prices right now.

And the CEO NIck continues to buy...Another 5k shares today at 1.32...bringing the 4 day total to 30' k shares.. This is leadership with confidence, and i couldn't be happier to have this guy as captain.
