Well here we have it!...30% of a projects future tax obligations to be paid to developers upfront from 2021 to 2031...33% for projects using all domestic components...Pelosi hoping to pass by months end..very big deal for solar development..good bye tax equity investors, hello fat checks from the IRS!!!
