Operations and finance

I'm an operations guy, never been involved on the finance side.  I know a lot of people bought that the shift to open pit would ever get permitted, but here we are.  From an operations perspective I'm convinced this is the right approach.  We have suffered financially over the past two years but I'm going to continue to hold because this group understands both operations and finance and seems unafraid of either.
