RE: Serious Fundamental Problems??? or...this is what I received. Hi Don, the company released a news release Thursday July 12 giving a corporate update on activities; see below for the news release. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with the company. I believe the drop in the share price is due to a financing that released shares into the market.
