I don't know of any recommendation by Michael Schaefer that has actually hit $20 or came even close. This is another one of his pump and dump shennanigans.

Maybe not 20 dollars but he has had 10 for 1 gains. I have been with MS for 3 years now & have done pretty well. I sale when I want not when he says.I already bought BCTE at 2.20 and sold at 2.85 and have just reentered the stock.Good Luck to everyone.
