Operating expenses (from MA&D) Operating expenses, which do not include Share-based compensation expenses, for three months ended March 31, 2022 were $700,603 which is an increase of $237,813 or 51% from $462,790 of the same period in 2021. This was mainly due to expense of $122,255 of Research and development cost. In the three months ended March 31, 2021, the Company had capitalized development costs. The increase is also due to salaries and expenses associated with business scale up and moving costs.
