I agree with the last comment do not vote for Deluce/Shanghai group. I am concerned that he might try to merge BFD with Melkior to which Jim Deluce is CEO. Melkior is Kaka. Why that would happen depends on the legitimacey of a comment made on BNN which was that the caller believed that Melkior had staked new ground in the Windfall area which is otherwise not noted on the Melkior website. This information could have been learned from a personal conversation via phone etc with an insider. Thus, it is not impossible to see a terrible merger taking place as a possiblitly under the Deluce/Shanghai group. They should do the right thing and withdraw their bid. Whatever, the case I think the shareholders have decided via the market that the current leadership is best suited to run BFD instead of Deluce/Shanghai.

I would ask the question if  Melkior had claimed land out in the boonies of the Windfall area? If true it does beg the question was it fair to BFD for MKR to pursue that land when BFD could have been acquiring that land. Melkior for me is Kaka and we should not have anything to do with it.

Note, as for the Osiko bought deal of BFD I have mixed feelings. I felt that we were sold for cheap to them. We already had Dundee's 6 million in the bank, we certaintly were not short on cash. However, on the other hand the benefit of the bought deal of Osisko was that we can expect a lot of sharing of information, so perhaps it is for the best. Should have delayed andt asked for a higher amount I guess.
