In chatting with Jens, he is now officially retired, will sit as a special advisor to the board, which is excellent, no longer has to worry about the day to day stress, and finally, does not have to complete paper work or “insider” trading reports. And yes indeed has done an excellent job for all of us, it was strategic getting this property and holding it he saw what was being developed, I feel certain this is not the first time OSK approached him to acquire that land or do a deal. Was strategic to bring Jason into the deal after working for OSK for 7 years. He (Jason) knows where and who all the equity players are for OR & OSK. He will be pivotal now for the minor shareholders.

I totally agree with one of the prior posts, the AGM is now a for gone conclusion everyone has a seat around the board room table, comfortable and secure and protecting their interests. But until the 11 of April, there are funds that just can not participate, the risk needs to be eliminated.
Lets just not assume or presume (OSK/BFD) that they all have our interests either, its good to continually dialogue with management to ensure, they want the best for all share holders. The company and the stock needs to be promoted to everyone benefit. Thus my earlier comment
spend $6M of $8M leave $2M they get 90% of their original invested capital and a hugely appreciated asset for all.
With OR:NYSE controlling OSK and now OSK having huge influence on BFD, it will be of interest to see how the advancement of the company proceeds, both on the ground and in the market. With OSK influence, it should be beneficial in their ability to bring more rigs to ground zero.
It is advantageous to try and prove this up sooner rather than latter, as we all know, markets come and go, and when they go, they are gone for a long time. A lot of the talking heads on MSNBC and BNN seem to think we are heading into a bit of a bear in Q3.
