I don’t think you guys get it at all, the cash is in hand and it was raised at an average of $5.50, the stock price means absolutely nothing, I know is hard for someone of you to follow it. It is not like they are gong to market now to get money to buy us out, just the spread between what they trade at now and what the raise money at equals $34m, which is well above the market cap for 100% of Bfd .. do you dummies get that? And yes genius it is usually a share deal, whatelse would be? The question is are they offering only on Windfall or taking us as is.. max their position? What does that mean as welll? Sorry I am bitter and tired of ignorance It is not a bless like I used to think it was.. next thing you know you are going to block your phone with a piece of paper thinking you are so important that people care about your life.. and you are normal.. sorry inside joke.. I know it is not fair! :)
