RE: RE: RE: Game Plan: The end is Nigh If my understanding of the legal system is correct and if it applies in these types of cases, the Judge has issued his Judgement and if the entrenched board does not comply, then it is up to the Dissidents to apply to the court for a motion or court order removing the board, if they do not comply at that point, they would be in "contempt of court" or "contempt".
