RE: "Option to Consolidate" I can't agree with you buddy, if and when the need arises, then bring it to the shareholders for a "reasoned" vote, until then the "share price is what the share price is", and how much lower can it fall anyway???, no news, no reason to buy or sell, no drilling plans from what I can see on SEDAR filings, no reserve report, definately no reason to consolidate and dilute what little equity the shareholders have when the price simply crumbles back to pennies due to no signs of any news/activity.
Or are you simply worried about Canada's no-penny policy, which would mean a share under $0.03 becomes $0, hmmmm.....
