Amendment to the Meeting materials Management needs to cave on this one and realize that a consolidation is not necessary nor warranted at this time, amend the circular and remove it, keep the meeting simple and get on with day-to-day business, whatever that is..... c'mon Board, we don't need a repeat of past board activity, nor even the hint of suspicions to be raised as to your intentions with this resolution!
