There used to be an old Rule `0 Thumb where by most "Mutual Funds" would take at least
3 to 5 days to come to a "BUY" agreement of their BD B4 any stk purchase was made.
Hard to believe that length of time still prevails today. In any event, the sooner
BGM goes thru 0.85 PS the better! That 600,000 WT pkg "Perk" could help put a bit "0 UMPH"
on the price on the way up!
