RE: RE: Spoke W/Company

Sqquishy:

We are not privy to their conversations of course.  But if the fund bought into the private placement at 85 cents you can be sure they are as concerned about their investment as anyone.  These resource funds also have their own geologists and mining engineers working for them to analyze resource companies.  Consequently, I would expect that they have a lot more questions, and questions of a technical and highly detailed nature, than the average investor.  My understanding of the situation is that Jack comes on and immediately he is bombarded with questions at a time when he is trying to get up to speed on all the projects and their attributes.  Barkerville property has five different kinds of gold yielding ore, for example.  It is a more complicated geology than exists in many other places.  My understanding is that Jack Miller was the Chief Operating Officer of Quadra/FNX, a much larger company than BGM by far.  What he would be doing is learning everything he could about Cow Mountain, Bonanza Ledge, the BC Vein, the QR North zone and the 2 mills.  He would after all be the one making the decisions how to best mine these projects in a cost efficient, safe and legally compliant manner.  You should not think, nor should the fund in Toronto, that he would have all of the project specific knowledge at the moment that he accepted the position of Interim CEO.
