RE: Question

RE: Question

BGM to "never trade again"?  What silliness.  First of all, the stock is trading right now, in the U.S., on the pink sheets.  Second of all, the only thing the government is asking for is a 43-101 in proper order.

Has someone at the BCSC stated BGM may never trade again?  If not then such rumor is of no merit.  My understanding is that Snowden has already begun their audit of PG's work.  How the BCSC would dare try to override 2 geological firms is inconceivable since they have not done the analysis which PG and Snowden will have done.  And we can be sure that PG will not leave anything out of this 43-101 since his reputation is on the line and the world is watching.  Snowden's reputation is also on the line.  Therefore, if Snowden finds the final 43-101 satisfactory, BGM will have the most well supported 43-101 in the entire industry.  One could even argue that their ounces would be worth somewhat of a premium valuation.

The first 43-101 was indeed insufficient because PG could not get the work done in full detail within 45 days.  He is the owner of Geoex, which has offices around the world, and consequently has obligations which extend beyond any one report.  It is also my understanding that Snowden has people working full time on the review of PG's work.  If anyone has an update regarding the expected completion date of Snowden's work, please post it.
