Look boys, why you all have been flapping your gums, FC has been protecting BGM investors. 

I suggested a long time back that this BSCS thing was pretty much all about a 3rd party's externak pressure to get a seat at the table and do it cheap.

What amazes me is that most jawboners on here didn't see FC as a white knight, especially in the "loan" deal.  He knows what's happening, and he's tied up the assets, yes at interest rate that spun no-nothings' heads around.

Need Proof? 

When was the interloper's lawsuit filed according to Stockwatch? Nov 30th.

When was the "loan approved" vis a vis a valuable, motivated, shareholder concerned, and sophisticated CEO with a POCKET ACE:  the "partial revocation hearing and maneuver loan execution?  NOV 30th!!!

Allwithbalz should hide and watch how a big deposit attracts sharks and some of the tricks of the trade used by late to the party types against savvy CEOs and boards.  FC's been in this space for almost 20 years.  He hasn't hung on and lead all this time because he's got a pretty face or blond hair..

This AGM noise is just that...FC's got his ducks lined up.  My money is on DAH MAN!  There will be an AGM mtg...when it's to shareholder's advantage to have one. 

The rest of you can just pucker and stew.  The fun is just beginning.
