BigBab, I'm agreeing with most of your points. AllI am asking is that this financing proposal happen after the 43-101 is filed and the CTO lifted. I WANT Peter Tomsett on board. I WANT him to have a lot of skin in the game. He can have his shares at a discount but do it after the report and let the market decide what the company is worth after the numbers are out.
