Packersone: 

I was told today that there are in fact multiple other financing offers available:  straight debt, convertible debt, etc.  BGM ideally would like to see the stock get off of the CTO and move much high on the big resource and then do some kind of financing.  Why do it now?  We should be pouring gold next week.
