I was worried about rollbacks when I heard about them as well.  But upon further discussions I don not consider these a substantive issue.  Have you all wondered how FC put together the entire 300,000 acres?  He acquired claim by claim issuing shares and consolidating the entire Cariboo Gold Belt.  It took many years and many shares.  But the rollbacks were NOT due to unprofitable mining.  They were due to land acquisitions.  Like I said before Frank is a visonary, he saw the potential in this region way back in the 1990's and it looks like he's going to be vindicated.  I certainly believe Rex Harbour's actions show us that he knows the numbers will be huge.  A man doesn't offer up $117.5 million dollars for a cease traded stock because he doesn't know what's there - JMHO.
