RE: RE: RE: RE: The buck stops...where?

Halcro:

You addressed your post to Doc, but then you took a quote from my post.  So I will assume you are directing your question to me.

Here are some falsehoods I am responding to.

Bigbab stated that "BGM has no credibility with shareholders".  Since when do you speak for "the shareholders"?  A phrase like what we hear from the Marxists who claim to speak for "the people".

FC went on the Jay Taylor show and said he expected more than 4 million ounces at Cow Mountain.  They eventually produced a 43-101 showing more than 10 million ounces.  I would call that "beating expectations", that gets him credibility in my eyes.  How's about this for a test of credibility:  every junior resource company out there being offered $117.5M right now by one investor, raise your hand...............I think I hear crickets.

There have been statements along the lines of shareholders "being milked".  The share price of BGM closed higher than where I purchased it and at one point was as high as $2.40.  The stock is a winner for me.  Furthermore, when the 43-101 comes out, even if it is only 7 million ounces, BGM should soar.  And then BGM will do an equity raise at higher levels and drill up more ounces.  Then we WILL have >10 million ounces soon enough.  If we don't have them already.  Being milked?  I think we will soon be drinking champagne.  You can be our waiter Halcro.

Example number 3.  Halcro you stated yourself:

"Sedar shows that there's been a lot of money taken out of BGM and its predecessor and associated companies over the years...and it's likely still flowing out on a monthly basis, CTO or no CTO."

This sentence is obviously false in some ways and overly general in other ways.  We all know that FC just LOANED BGM mone yfrom his own pocket.  Money is flowing into BGM from FC.  FC is a true entrepreneur who risks his personal capital for his company.

Furthermore, the criticisms of BGM sometimes are so silly as to suggest that the posters have no business experience whatsoever.  Money paid to Standard is for services rendered.  It wasn't a gift.  Do you think Standard Drilling can do that work without incurring costs?  Do they not have a right to be paid for their work?  Are the other drilling companies doing the work for BGM for free?

And is FC not entitled to be paid for his work?  What has FC produced for investors in BGM?  2 mines in production, Cow Mountain's huge resource coming and an investor SO DESPERATE TO BUY MORE BGM he is filing a lawsuit in an attempt to make himself the ONLY PARTY WHO CAN OBTAIN the next 100 million shares issued.  Perhaps you should consider the possibility that FC and Standard Drilling actually DESERVE to be paid for the work they've done.

Perhpas your criticisms about ineffective management might be more suited to another company.  Like, oh let me think for a second, perhaps MAUDORE REOURCES, I hear their down 50% very recently.  Now who is it who was running that one?

Cheers
