RE: RE: Ian Gordon's Latest Comments on BGM & GCC Given some recent history of gold company takeovers,
the potential takeover price would likely be between $300 (U.S.) to $400 (U.S.) per ounce or $1.8 billion (CAD) to $2.4 billion (CAD),
which is equal to $13.10 (CAD) to $17.50 (CAD) per share.
I believe if the takeover by Rexx is successful and a 50% dilution occurs we are looking at $6.55(CAD) to $ 8.25 (CAD) per share.
Rexx and his selected shareholder will receive .9 billion(CAD) to 1.2 billion(CAD) for a $100 million investment. Very nice return.
300-400 /oz ? Improbable to say the least. TRR, PDG, the latest 6million + oz juniors were in the ~ $50 - 80 per oz range on takeovers. In todays market, I doubt we will be seeing anything more than 150 oz and that would be for a rare spectacular low capex deposit.
