Tax credits are only good if you can actually mine. Current mining permits are not sufficient for a typical profitable mining operation. Getting extended permits is going to involve the Indian consultantion process and that takes time. Last I heard BC Indians aren't exactly wild about mining and tailings ponds.
 

So, we will have to wait and see what BGM is really worth in courts when creditors demand payment and payment isn't being made.
