I do not agree, however I appreciate your consistancy....

The Sprott Loan needs to be paid back before JV?
I dont agree...

Two scenarios:
- merger with other Sprott entities
- Sprott LOANS an additional $50mi to complete the Economic viability and earn reserves (of course the $50mil is just a guess, could be half that or double that..)

Does Sprott wish to be hostile, or gentile?
Eric the GOOD or EVIL Eric...?

How would Mr. Sprott wish to be remebered...as a facilitator or enabler...or destroyer.
Although this is only ONE input into the risk/reward equation, I rank it higher than perhaps you do...
