RE:RE:[Dakota Shale Oil]

RE:RE:[Dakota Shale Oil]Thanks Boris,
PFS for $50m, or is it $25mil or less, well it is what it is, but lets not forget once that amount is injected then the in-situ gets valuated accordngly...and I feel the return of the new valuation would exceed the cost to aquire that valuation....

If it costs $750mil [re millions in] to get at the gold, so be it..[re Billions out]...
Again, the value out exceeds the cost in...

Since you are in the question asking mood, I'd add a few more critical questions IMO.

What is the cost of moving CM to PEA and on to PFS?  My SWAG is more than $50M.

What is the development cost to build CM assuming a positive PFS?  Probably on the order of $500M to $1B.

What are the chances of BGM ever financing any of the above? 0.00000000000000001% unless of course there is a reorganization of current debt and a recapitalization to give the new management team a chance....

Many majors were formed because of the efforts of one leader. E.G. Rob McEwen build Goldcorp and then he went to build MUX.  Is uncle eric a mining company builder? Not sure but so far I don't see any evidence that he has those skills. In fact I'm seeing a lot of failed investments on his part in recent years.... a bad case of regression to the mean for the kindly old uncle eric....

so don't worry boys, be happy and if you're lucky the spoon quartet might make a curtain call at this years PDAC. Can't wait :)

Longer term planning... <---
Political motivations... <----

The first few scoops of BL cost over $2k per oz...
The next few scoops cost near half...
What will be the cost of subsequent scoops...?

Whats the cost of producing COW?
Whats the cost to produce COW + ISLAND + BARKERVILLE...combined...?

Short term economics are a factor, but only one factor...
What are the economic or plitical motivations for Gold production in BC...or Canada?

How does COW standalone rate within Sprott holdings...?
When you combine All 3 Mountains how does it rate...?
When many Sprott holdings are combined how does it rate vs the world...?

How are Majors formed...and what is the ecpectation of ROI?
What is the short mid and long term for POG...?

What value do you place on USA energy independance...re Shale Oil, and how can such a massive project be undertaken when the current economics do not justify it...?
