[Underground]Would BGM state publicly that UNDERGROUND at BL is an option if CASH was an issue?
(I was under the impression that underground is more expensive than open pit...)
This tends to indicate that CASH is coming...how and when are the variables...
And could this also tend to indicate HIGHER GRADES to support a more expensive methodology...?
Someone did mention earlier that grades would increase as mining progressed...and I believe someone stated there were truckloads as high as 1oz per ton...(if memory serves)...
Perhaps an expanded BL pit has CASHFLOW positive in its future...?
And positive cashflow can:
- pay debts
- fund drilling
- fund feasability studies
All sorts of things....
Of course a REPORT for COW and ISLAND showing tens of millions of ounces (in ANY category) might loosen up some purse strings and potentially attract more FRIENDS with deep pockets....
A VERY LARGE production operation can produce large profits quickly...enough to overcome things such as overburden, sunk and startup costs etc....
